Texas Women’s Basketball Team Soar to Number 3 in the AP Top 25 Rankings

Austin, Texas: In a fierce week of competitive games in the world of college basketball, Texas Women’s basketball team proudly climbed up two spots, securing the position of number three in The Associated Press (AP) Top 25. The rise in rankings is notable as the Texas Longhorns haven’t seen such elevate positioning since November 14, 2022. Competing diligently against top players, the Longhorns have come out victorious in the last seven games and are looking forward to their upcoming matches against number 20 Oklahoma and BYU before the regular season closes.

South Carolina Holds the Reign

Meanwhile, South Carolina’s women’s basketball team continues their reign as the top-ranked team, a position backs by the unanimous agreement of the national media panel. After their decisive victories over Kentucky and Alabama, the Gamecocks successfully clinched their third consecutive outright Southeastern Conference regular-season championship.
