Forecasts say the same warm temperatures will stick around through Thursday, which just so happens to be Halloween, and into Friday as well. What better way to celebrate the spooky season than in a lightweight costume without freezing your bones? The weather is treating us well before we ease back to the comfortable mid-70s that we’re used to for this time of year.

Well, meteorologists explain that the cloud cover from the ocean, along with cooler water temperatures and sea breezes, are keeping the heat somewhat in check and preventing us from hitting those record-breaking numbers.
