The Grand Strand and Pee Dee areas are buzzing with an array of festivities that promise to ring in the New Year with a bang. From dazzling fireworks displays to exciting parties, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Fireworks Galore!

One of the most spectacular highlights of New Year’s Eve will be happening at Barefoot Landing. This popular spot is set to light up the night with a brilliant fireworks show over the lake starting at 7 p.m.. The scenic environment enhances the charm, making it an excellent location for families and friends to enjoy a magical evening together.

But that’s not all! Just down the road, Broadway at the Beach will be hosting its own New Year’s Eve Fireworks Extravaganza above Lake Broadway, beginning at 8 p.m. This event promises stunning pyrotechnics that will surely light up the sky and create lasting memories for everyone in attendance.

Midnight Magic in Conway

As the midnight hour approaches, head to Conway’s Downtown Riverfront District for a midnight fireworks display. The lawn opens up at 10:30 p.m. for those eager to secure the best viewing spot. There’s nothing like watching the New Year unfold with a dazzling fireworks display right on the riverfront!

Celebration By the Coast

If you’re in the mood for some delicious food and lively entertainment, then Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is the place to be. Enjoy food and drink specials at popular restaurants like Bovine’s, The Claw House, and The Wicked Tuna. After treating your taste buds, sway to live music along the waterfront boardwalk, creating a festive vibe all evening long.

A Festive Time at The Market Common

The vibrant Market Common will be celebrating with its annual festivities featuring a ball drop at 9 p.m. Live music will fill the air with performances by the local Painted Man Band while an array of food trucks will satisfy those late-night cravings. And for the little ones, there’s a fun Kids’ Corner with inflatables and face painting.

It’s important to note that this year, the planned holiday drone show at The Market Common has been canceled due to some unforeseen safety restrictions. However, the excitement is still high with meat and treats available to indulge in!

Looking to attend the celebration? Be sure to grab your tickets, as they will be distributed for free on Dec. 30 and 31. Just bring along a receipt of $25 or more from any of the Market Common businesses!

For those looking to experience a touch of elegance, the Long Bay Symphony is hosting its annual New Year’s Eve Gala complete with cocktails, dinner, dancing, and a silent auction at the Palisades Ballroom. Gala tickets are available for $225 for general admission and $275 for VIP access, with a portion of each ticket supporting the Long Bay Symphony.
