What a day it was in Myrtle Beach! On a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center opened its doors for the highly-anticipated Member-to-Member Expo, drawing in over 100 local businesses eager to showcase their products and services. The expo, which ran from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., was an exciting opportunity for members to connect, learn from one another, and cheer on their fellow businesses.
The annual event attracted more than 300 members from the Myrtle Beach community. Many attendees arrived with energy and enthusiasm, ready to mingle and make new connections. This particular expo has been a beloved tradition for the past 13 years, consistently proving to be a hotspot for local entrepreneurs. The atmosphere was lively, filled with friendly faces and the spirit of camaraderie.
One of the standout features of this year’s expo was the friendly competition among booths. Attendees had the chance to vote for their favorite setup, and there was a prize for the booth that stood out the most. The theme for this year was Your Favorite Hobby, and boy, did people get creative! From knitting clubs to kayaking gear, every booth was beautifully decorated to reflect the hobbies loved by locals and visitors alike.
The excitement doesn’t stop there! Just around the corner, on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m., the Grand Strand Bridal Expo will be taking place at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Attendees can expect everything from stunning wedding gowns to cake tastings. Tickets are available for $12 online or $18 at the door—perfect for all brides-to-be looking to gather inspiration for their special day!
And mark your calendars for December 8 to 11, 2024, when the Grand Strand Gift & Resort Merchandise Show will once again welcome coastal souvenir and resort retailers to this vibrant city. This show is a great opportunity for businesses in the area to stock up on unique items that charm visitors and locals alike.
