Mark your calendars for April 4, as downtown Myrtle Beach transforms into a vibrant gallery showcasing the artistic talents of local students.

School Spirit Shines Bright

This fantastic event is a collaborative effort between the Myrtle Beach Downtown Alliance and Horry County Schools. Participating schools include some of our favorites: Carolina Forest High School, Forestbrook Middle School, Loris High School, Myrtle Beach High School, Socastee High School, and the Scholars Academy. These schools are pulling out all the stops to present an incredible array of student-created exhibits and pop-up galleries at Nance Plaza.

Myrtle Beach High School Takes the Lead

One of the highlights of the ArtWalk is sure to be the art show hosted by the NewWave Club of Myrtle Beach High School. They’ll be featuring some stunning small-scale artworks, and the excitement doesn’t stop there! Proceeds from this memorable art show will benefit Relay for Life and support victims of human trafficking, making this a night where art truly makes a difference.

Furry Friends on the Scene

And if you’re an animal lover, you’re in luck! Myrtle Beach High School students will also host an animal adoption event during the ArtWalk at Nance Plaza. This is a perfect chance to maybe find a new furry friend to take home while soaking in the creative atmosphere!

The festivities will kick off at 5 p.m. and run until 8 p.m., so there’s plenty of time to explore the creative offerings. Not only will downtown businesses transform into art galleries for the evening, but you’ll also get to enjoy local artists and musicians showcasing their work and talents. It’s a great way to support the arts while enjoying a lively atmosphere.

And for those of you worried about getting around to see everything, have no fear! Tito’s Trolley will serve as the official shuttle, helping attendees navigate various venues. This means more time enjoying the art and less time worrying about transportation!
