Da Silva, projected his concern over “Biden’s problem,” stating his observation of Biden’s diminished speed and deliberation when responding to queries.
The Brazilian President, known popularly as Lula, stressed on the all-encompassing impact that American elections have on global affairs. His remarks come in the aftermath of President Biden’s underwhelming performance in his first presidential debate against former President Trump.
