The Myrtle Beach Police Department has confirmed that at least one individual was injured in a vehicular accident that took place on Kings Highway. Emergency services were alerted to the occurrence of the incident around 7:44 p.m.
The collision led to traffic disruptions along the thoroughfare, with both north and southbound lanes at the intersection of 62nd Avenue temporarily blocked off to facilitate the safe assessment and clearance of the scene. Traffic flow was restored approximately an hour post-incident.
As per a picture submitted by an eyewitness, a motorcycle appears to be involved in the traffic accident. However, specific details regarding the number of individuals harmed or the extent of their injuries are currently not known.
