Grand Strand Regional Medical Center (GSRMC) is a tertiary care hospital in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that serves the nearby counties of Georgetown and Horry. The sole cardiac surgery program in those counties is housed in the 220-bed hospital, which is also a certified trauma center. More than 250 physicians work at GSRMC, with specialties ranging from cancer to wound therapy and emergency care to women’s health, pediatrics, rehabilitation, behavioral health, and sleeping problem treatment. The Grand Strand Regional Medical Center consists of the main hospital as well as satellite diagnostic, ambulatory care, and elder care clinics located across the area.
