DHEC's retail food program and milk and dairy lab transferred to the SC Department of Agriculture. The former DHEC Board was abolished.. SC Department of Public Health and partner agencies oversee healthcare facility licensing, immunization programs, and environmental health for Myrtle Beach and Horry.
