Sponsor Our ArticlesHey Myrtle Beach! Are you ready to embrace some Halloween vibes? Mark your calendars because October 24 is going to be one frightfully fun day right here in our beautiful city! The much-anticipated Halloween Spooktacular is just around the corner, and it’s packed with exciting festivities that are bound to put a smile on both kids and adults alike.
The fun kicks off with the Boo Bash events starting at 3 p.m. You won’t need to go far to find the Halloween magic; it’ll take over Ninth Avenue North with plenty of activities that promise chills and thrills. Children will have the chance to trick-or-treat their way through the avenue from 3 to 5 p.m. Local businesses are gearing up to hand out all kinds of sweet treats, so bring those candy bags!
Once the trick-or-treating wraps up, the excitement just keeps on going with the Halloween Parade. Kids can line up and show off their spooky, silly, or just plain cute costumes as they strut their stuff down the avenue. This parade promises to be a delightful sight with little ghouls and goblins parading in style!
But wait, there’s more! After the parade, the party continues at Nance Plaza where you’ll catch an awesome concert featuring the band “Tru Sol” starting at 5:30 p.m. So, shake your skeletons and dance the night away as the tunes fill the air. Then, at 8:30 p.m., it’s time for the costume contest! Get ready to cheer for all the creative costumes and, maybe, even show off your own! Who knows, you might just snag a prize!
It’s important to note that Ninth Avenue North will be closed to traffic starting at 3 p.m. for the Boo Bash events, so plan your route accordingly. Safety is key, so let’s keep an eye out for our little trick-or-treaters and make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
No matter if you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, the Halloween Spooktacular is the perfect chance to embrace your festive spirit. Dust off those costumes, grab a friend or family member, and get ready to make some unforgettable memories! And who knows? You might even discover your new favorite Halloween tradition right here in Myrtle Beach.
So, are you in? This Halloween, let’s make it a day to remember with laughter, music, and just a sprinkle of spooky fun! See you on October 24 for the Halloween Spooktacular!
