On November 20, representatives from Habitat for Humanity of Horry County were officially presented with the Angel Award in Columbia. In a statement following the event, board president Sarah Moniz expressed her pride in the organization’s legacy of “exceptional governance and stewardship.” She remarked, “Our board and administration continue to expand what is possible to designate resources effectively to serve hardworking Horry County families in need of access to homeownership and housing solutions.”
