Building bonds: DIY workshops in Myrtle Beach nail Father’s Day fun

Myrtle Beach on Father’s Day: Celebrating Bonds through Creativity

As Father’s Day draws near, Myrtle Beach bustles with excitement and anticipation. Spearheading the celebrations is a local establishment, Nailed It DIY, which is all set to host a series of “Kids Build It” workshops throughout the upcoming weekend. Aimed at helping children create heartfelt gifts for their fathers, these workshops are a stepping stone towards the festivities filled with creativity, enjoyment, and bonding.

‘Grill and Chill’ and Baseball-Themed Workshops

The Nailed It DIY workshops maintain a dual approach towards pleasing dads this Father’s Day. One of the workshops caters to those who hold a soft spot for the quintessential American pastime – baseball. This baseball-themed workshop allows children to make a lasting memento with their handprint, a touching gesture that no dad can resist.

The other enticing workshop option titled ‘Grill and Chill’, is dedicated to all the grilling enthusiasts. This activity encourages children to build a functional grilling aid complete with hooks for grilling equipment, destined to be a delicious hit with all barbecue-loving fathers.

Workshop Details and Timings

The Kids Build It ‘Grill and Chill’ Fathers Day Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, June 8 at 11 a.m., and the Kids Build It ‘Baseball-Themed’ Fathers Day Workshop is set for Sunday, June 9 at 1 p.m.

Donuts for Dad Event

Additionally, Nailed It DIY has a special event in store for fathers and kids next weekend —the Donuts for Dad Father’s Day Event. From 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, this event promises to be a sweet retreat for all attendees. Children, along with their dads, can indulge in the joy of creating while savoring scrumptious donuts.

Location of Nailed It DIY

All these creative happenings will take place at Nailed It DIY, located in the Market Common in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

Celebrating Father’s Day through Creativity

These DIY workshops are not only a unique way to create meaningful presents for beloved dads, but they also signify the opportunity to foster stronger bonds with them. So, this Father’s Day, let’s celebrate the fatherhood and the significant role of dads in our lives through creativity and togetherness.
