Jay Wrightsman, another talented Chanticleer, excelled in languages, securing the title of Spanish for Healthcare Professions Student of the Year. A native of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Wrightsman has shown great proficiency in Spanish, believed to bolster her intent to serve the Hispanic community effectively in her future medical career.
Libby Pippin, not lagging behind, claimed the 2023-24 Department of Communication, Media, and Culture’s Most Outstanding Sophomore Award. Her commitment and stellar academic record throughout the year have made her a notable student within her department.
Additionally, Keirstin Roose, a junior on the team, has made notable strides both on and off the field.
