Welcome to Conway, where a unique and heartwarming story unfolds at the Conway Medical Center Primary Care office on Church Street! Here, you’ll find the Frost brothers, Dr. Charles and Dr. Michael, working side by side to provide compassionate care to their hometown friends and neighbors. With just a wall separating their offices, these two are more than just brothers; they’re a dynamic duo devoted to serving their beloved community.
Dr. Charles Frost, the elder sibling, describes his experience as a physician in their hometown as a “dream come true.” “To be able to be here at Conway Medical Center, to work with my brother and to care for Conway, it’s a dream come true for me,” he beams. Charles grew up in this vibrant town, and he believes that caring for the people he knows gives him an extra motivation. “We want to see them do well,” he adds passionately.
The Frost brothers have a deep connection to Conway. Both attended Conway Christian School, with Charles graduating in 2005 and Michael following in 2010. They even taught at their alma mater for a brief time. Returning to where they grew up and now serving in the community gives them an immense sense of fulfillment. “This community is always first in terms of our goals,” Charles explains, emphasizing a commitment that truly comes from the heart.
While they share a similar educational path, including time at Liberty University and residencies at Grand Strand Medical Center, Michael has always had the advantage of following in Charles’s footsteps. “He was my mentor pretty much the whole way,” Michael shared with admiration. The bond they share translates into their professional lives, making their teamwork as seamless as their family ties.
The brothers share a camaraderie that is palpable, and they even joke about wishing there were a tunnel between their offices so they can chat throughout the day. “It’s so nice to have someone who can empathize with you,” Charles adds, explaining how being able to discuss the challenges and triumphs of their work makes it all the more rewarding.
Beyond professionalism, the Frost brothers attribute their success and kindness in patient care to their deep-rooted Christian faith. “Our identities are in that we are Christians who love the Lord and want to serve Christ,” Charles emphasizes. As they navigate their roles, they have made it clear that being doctors is just a means to fulfill their higher calling – caring for people. Michael echoes this sentiment, wishing that the genuine care they provide shines through to their patients.
As they see patients daily, the Frost brothers hope that their warmth and commitment create a noticeable difference in the lives they touch. “We hope the patients we see know that there is something different about us,” Michael states. And that difference comes from a shared mission to improve the health and well-being of the Conway community.
With so many changes happening in Conway, the necessity for more primary care doctors is evident. “Things are changing here, and there are so many people. There’s such a need,” Charles notes, making clear just how important their work truly is. The duo is wholeheartedly dedicated to filling that need, ensuring quality, local care for everyone.
As the Frost brothers continue their journey in medicine, they express their gratitude for the support from their families, including their wives, April and Kristen, and the incredible staff at the Conway Medical Center. Charles and Michael invite everyone in the community, old friends and new faces alike, to visit their practice if they need care.
This brotherly bond, intertwined with genuine compassion and a strong sense of community, makes the Frost brothers a standout duo in Conway. Their dedication is evident the moment you step into the office, leaving no doubt about their commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those around them.
