Sales Record and Immersive Experience

The Beyond Van Gogh Experience unveiled at Broadway at the Beach recently has struck a chord with art enthusiasts and visitors. The exhibit has already sold over 5,600 tickets with a record 5,100 tickets sold during its opening weekend, proving to beat expectations with sales ranging between 800 to 1,000 tickets per day.

Using advanced projection technology, the exhibit vivaciously depicts over 300 paintings by the illustrious Dutch artist, Vincent Van Gogh. Captivating renditions of renowned pieces such as The Starry Night, Sunflowers, and Cafe Terrace at Night are on show in a visually mesmerizing and immersive display.

Commenting on the successful reception, the exhibit staff hinted at the possibility of making the projection room a permanent feature, if the initial few months witness a positive response. This would facilitate the rotation of other equally stunning exhibits like Beyond Monet and Beyond King Tut.

Visitors’ Feedback and Hope for a Permanent Stay

Al Bestwick, a visitor who was captivated by the exhibit on Monday, shared his hope for the projection experience to be a permanent attraction, highlighting it as an ideal means to delve into the artist’s mind. According to Bestwick, “The amount of work and the variety that is in there, there’s so much. I had no idea how many things he’d done.”

Exuberant about a mesmerizing trip back in time, Bestwick’s wife, Debby, further added, “It just took you back to a different time. It just took you out of yourself so you can just enjoy the art.”

Beyond Paintings: Unique Collaborations and Special Events

The Beyond Van Gogh Experience is not just about the captivating artwork though.
